Who owns the domain?
You do. We register it in your name from day one. If you ever decide to leave, the domain leaves with you.
What counts as a "modification"?
Any small change under 30 minutes: text, prices, hours, new photos, typos. New features or redesigns are quoted separately.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime with 30 days notice. On the annual plan we do not refund the unused portion, but you keep the domain, the content, and your email accounts if you have them.
How do you take payment?
Colombian pesos, legal invoice. We accept bank transfer, Nequi, Daviplata, Bancolombia and Wise.
How long until the site is live?
Usually 5 to 10 business days from when we receive your photos and text. If you need a rush launch, let's talk.
Do you support languages other than Spanish?
